Overview
Richard has been Chambers Director since February 2020.
Having started his career working as a solicitor in the City of London, Richard spent over a decade working in Government as an economic regulator, latterly as a Senior Civil Servant and member of the board at Ofwat. Following a short stint as a management consultant, Richard joined Chambers to bring his career full circle, working alongside members that he used to instruct when in practice.
