The High Court has handed down judgment in favour of the actor Eva Green in Eva Green v (1) White Lantern Film (Britannica) Ltd (2) SMC Speciality Finance LLC [2023] EWHC 930 (Ch). Edmund Cullen KC and Amanda Hadkiss represented Eva Green at the trial and were instructed by Archerfield Partners LLP.
The Court held that Ms Green was entitled to payment of her fee of $1 million in respect of the collapsed film “A Patriot” and dismissed the Defendant and Additional Claimant’s claims against Ms Green in full.
